The price is right on this 3-pack of smoke alarms. We have had them for months and they work fine. The unit makes that chirping sound when the battery is low, also.

I bought a twin pack of these at Lowes for $8!!
Quick mounting, nice small design, loud alarm, came with battery, nice "hush" feature great to quite false alarms and great for the money

They are small which I like and so far I have had no nuisance alarms. Here in CA every bedroom has to have a smoke detector so I was looking for the best price for what I wanted. Amazon was it. Free super saver shipping was great and made the price better than in a store.

I bought 4 packages of these smoke detectors, one for each of my girls for Christmas. Now that they are on their own, I know they will be that much safer!
